I am 27 years old 6 feet tall guy with 55 kg weight. I often feel fatigue, low energy. Whenever I go outside I quickly feel tired, the problem in viewing things clearly a pain in eyebrows and in the head and feel like to go home to rest. Otherwise, I feel like I will faint. After rest, I feel good. And If I engage myself again in physical activity like playing outdoor sports I feel the same.
