My wife is having hypothyroid and was using thyronorm 62.5mcg. last month she had a tsh of 0.41 and total t4 as 11.84. now she is 5 weeks pregnant and doctor prescribed her 75mcg for 5 days a week and 50mcg for 2 days a week. Is this fine?

I am thinking about the first part of your statement.  Your wife had  TSH 0.41. This is too low. Please bring this also to the notice of your Doctor and ask if she still needs higher dose of Thyronorm.
