Hi Dr, I have hypothyroidism im taking thyronorm 50mg tab, shelcal 500 daily nd lumia 60k at weekly from past 4 months but im facing lots of tiredness, knew pain, weight loss. Present TSH is in normal but Antibody TPO/Anti microsomal count is 32.7 is there is any problem.?
I used to take any other treatment.?

Anti TPO raised because of hypothyroidism and after even regular treatment it's decreased very slowly..
As on 50 mcg ur TSH is normal.. kindly continue same treatment
