Is jowar and ragi are good for hypothyroid patient ? I take ragi malt everyday for breakfast. Is it okay to have it ? Also thinking to start including jowar in my diet.

Both ragi and jowar are good millets, there's no harm taking them.But hypothyroidism needs medical treatment to have a optimal thyroid function.
