Hello doc, am non diabetic. But am facing sometimes light headedness l, feeling out of energy  if I miss the time to eat. Why it happens ??? What's the reason??? I also face kidney stone problem every year. Will this cause due to any kidney problem ??? Should I do kidney evaluation???

Hi I can understand your concern It happens in pre Diabetic constitution Means you can become diabetic soon Plan for regular exercise, fixed balanced diet Not related to kidney issue,
