I am suffering from hypertension .. My bp remains 140/90... My blood lipid profile Ecg Blood sugar was normal ... I am facing only one problem While standing I feel diziness But while sitting or lying I don't feel dizziness

Don't worry. Take adequate diet and do free hand exercise every day
