Hydroureteronephrosis
Left kidney has block near to ultras. Doctors diagnosed it may be due to endometriosis. But they can't get the pinpoint of the block. So far, we are still searching final result for surgery.
Also, I want to know is surgery is the only solution for this problem.

First thing is you should get a CT urogram done provided your serum creatinine is in normal range. That will give a clear picture of the extent of block in ureter and possible cause for it. If there is block the next step is to do cystoscopy and assess the ureter from inside and then decide on definite management
