I found bilateral hydrosalpinx in hsg How to unblock the tubes ? Is it possible to remove the fluid and I can naturally concieve.

there can be TB or PID which needs diagnosis and treatment with medicine sometimes if it resolves the probability of concieving naturally becomes rare but not impossible. if ovaries are good, go ahead with IVF

You need to rule out cause of hydrosalpinx May be infection, tuberculosis need to treat that cause

Natural conception is difficult. Tubes might be badly damaged and may be needed to be removed. Laparoscopy is the choice of surgery and IVF is choice of treatment
