Moderate ampullary dilatation and coiling Distal folds partly seen Fimbrial end dilated Slow spill seen Impression: both tubes patent with good spillage. However left hydrosalpinx My gynco is asking me to do laproscopy left tubal clipping for left hydrosalpinx. Is this the only possible way? Is my hydrosalpinx severe? Can I try to conceive with my right side dominant follicle without laproscopy?
