What is the maximum age limit to have HPV vaccine. I have been married for three years. I can take the vaccine.

Hi You may take the vaccine but the efficacy of the vaccine is best before the onset of sexual intercourse. There isn’t harm to give after onset of sexual intercourse as well. But if given after the onset of sexual activity it may not be as protective against the human papilloma virus and efficacy may go down. HPV vaccine is costly and may have some side effects too.. so plz do consult an OBGYN before taking this vaccine

When you are sexually active you can take HPV vaccine only after excluding that you don't have HPV infection.
