Go to your nearby hospital, there it can be removed with all the precautions and safety. Kindly donot try to remove it yourself if it is not visible as you might make it worse by deepening it. Also cleanliness needs to be maintained so that you dont get any superimposed infection in it. So please go to nearby hospital for its removal it will take just 5 mins to remove it.
