How to reduce weight

I am gaining weight dramatically. Sometimes it come down and sometimes it again rises. I was 46 kg once, then after few years it became 50 and now I dunno how the weight scale shows 53 and when start eating chapati it comes down to 51 but that's all. My belly size is not reducing.

Stop eating junk , sweets , sodas , maida , any outside food . Salty chips etc . Take light dinner n early too . Limit tea n coffee. Do walk n yoga . If still feel assured weight loss then consult personally for proper guidance and help. Eat well live Nutrigenious

Fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach.
