How to reduce weight and my weight is 110 kg any diet plan?

Ya i do understand ur concern see first we have to focus on your bmi ie body mass indication as ur weight should be according to ur height.
Next Steps
1- you have to check ur thyroid level do ur thyroid test as this may also be a cause of gaining weight if you have a hypothyroid. 2- take a balanced diet that include high protein and less carbohydrate and satturated fat diet. 3- do power yoga. 4- drink pleanty full of water, coconut water, fresh lime juice. 5- eat lots of fresh vegetables, apple as it try to loos ur weight it has pleanty of water. 6- In the morning try to drink lemon water as it will help to reduce ur weight.   7- Avoide eating junk and oily food and try to use soyabean and olive oil in ur diet. 8- Include sprouts in your diet as it contain roughage that keep ur digestive system well and help to reduce weight
