How to reduce thigh fat at home

I am a girl of 20 years of age. My upper body seems fine but the problem is that I have very bulky thighs. I feel that when I exercise my thighs become more fatter. How do I reduce this thigh fat at home? Are there any applications that will help me to make my thighs look slimmer?

When you reduce ur weight u will also reduce ur special part stored fat. For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet.
