Self motivation and strong determination are required to quit any habit. Try to have a important day attached to quit these habits.
Whenever you have the urge for these ,divert the urge into a productive and enjoyable act. Donot mix with people who are having these habits atleast for a month unless urgent.
You also need to reduce your weight by atleast 10-15 kgs.
Drink plenty of water.
