How to loose weight after pregnancy?

Hi .. I delivered a baby on Jan 5th 2018. I have put on excess of weight during my pregnancy period. I am close to 95 kgs now. I heard green coffee helps to reduce weight. My kid is completely on formula milk . Is it advisable to consume green coffee now since m not bf anymore. Please advise

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me directly  for customized diet plan for you.
