How to check that penis foreskin is tight or not? Please tell me all the reasons, causes and solution for this.

if you cant retract n replace it, that means it is tight; reasons may be many....congenital to acquired because of infections. Sometimes, even fraenum may be tight, and may lead to painful erection and  restricted retraction of prepuce. Do get examined.
