Hello, there no age restrictions for growth , any excess energy is stored as fat under skin and one continue to gain weight ,but being healthy is more important than gaining weight , have meals at regular intervals, don't skip meals , have meat ,ghee, egg, fish etc... do exercise daily ,sleep well ,avoid worries ,you can work out in aerobibs, Skipping, cycling, swimming works better ....
