I am trying to lose some extra kilos. I have put on some 4-5kgs after my marriage. I am 26 year female, a housewife. My dietician gave me a diet plan and told me to increase my metabolism rate. I feel constipated too many times. How do I improve my digestion and speed up my metabolism?
