Hello, in order to looses weight especially the bell fat, though diet plays the most important role, exercise is a must. No aim would be successful without pain. You will have to do exercises which concentrate on the abdominal fats and muscles, like crunches, planks, etc. Regarding the diet, avoid foods which are high in visible fats, like oil, ghee, butter, foods highly processes, simple sugars. Include foods which are high in 1st class proteins, that come from animal sources, foods that are rich in fiber, like raw fruits and vegetables, bran, etc. Drink plenty of water in the whole day. Eat small healthy meals every 2-3 hrs. This helps to stimulate metabolism. These tips should help you achieve your goal.
