Fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first-class proteins (dairy, egg, chicken etc) reduced carbohydrates (white rice, poha etc) & healthy fats (almonds, walnuts etc) along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. You cannot target specific areas, fat is lost uniformly, but it may appear to go faster from the areas where you store less than the problem areas. Be consistent and patient. Kindly consult us for a customized diet and workout plan.

Hello, Only following diet is not going to give you sustainable results. When diet and exercise bot is followed then only you get results and you are able to sustain ut for longer time. The fast you loose your weight there are more chances of that weight will bounce back. And when weight bounces back it takes more time to loose it again. So try to avoid such situation in weight loss program. Go slow and steady keep target of 3-4 kg weight loss per month means approx 1 kg loss per week. This kind of weight loss will be healthy and will not lead to any side effects now and in your future life. If you don't like exercise like walking , jogging then indulge in out door sports activities that will reduce your stress and will give you benefits of exercise . For detailed diet plan contact me through direct practo consultation.

Hello, in order to looses weight especially the bell fat, though diet plays the most important role, exercise is a must. No aim would be successful without pain. You will have to do exercises which concentrate on the abdominal fats and muscles, like crunches, planks, etc. Regarding the diet, avoid foods which are high in visible fats, like oil, ghee, butter, foods highly processes, simple sugars. Include foods which are high in 1st class proteins, that come from animal sources, foods that are rich in fiber, like raw fruits and vegetables, bran, etc. Drink plenty of water in the whole day. Eat small healthy meals every 2-3 hrs. This helps to stimulate metabolism. These tips should help you achieve your goal.
