You have not mentioned your height and weight.
But if want to gain weight, then it is better to gain muscle mass than fat.
So increase intake of protein in your diet start doing regular exercise
Please do not take any of the weight gain tablets or powders being sold on TV or other media as many of these may contain harmful anabolic steroids. But you can have plain whey protein power twice a day.
