How to Conceive fast Being PCOD patient

I have detected with PCOD and having irregular periods. I am married for 2 years now and planning to conceive, however, no positive pregnancy. My Gynaecologist advised to take Deviry to get periods but haven't got periods yet. Please advise some Medicine or procedure how can I conceive faster with being a PCOD patient. I am in lots of stress and Pressure. Please help.
