My doctor gave me SHELCAL D tab . How much effective is it ? For how long do i need to take it i have very weak bones and vit D - 18.5 Are there any side effects?

It’s good.. but probably you need to take for life unless you don’t decide to take proper balance diet and sun exposure. Now days with car to carpet lifestyle there is hardly any sun exposure
