Too low vit d3 Uprise d60k two times a week for eight weeks followed by one per month for six months  a complete  therapy by WHO. B12 IS VERY  LOW TAB NEUROKIND OD ONE AT NIGHT AFTER DINNER FOR THREE MONTHS.
