How do I reverse my food cycle timing? I ate mushroom or cauliflower in the night after 12am and I was not at all hungry till 5pm the next day. The same thing happens when I eat non veg at mid night. Now my circadean rythm has got totally changed. I am hungry only at 5pm every day and thats when I eat the very first meal. It's been more than 2 weeks and I am unable to change the food cycle timing.
