Give me some idea how to increase our muscles and keep our bone strong.. With in 15days.. Which type of diet should be taken to me... Please help me or give some food items to increase our muscle...

Hello, if you want to increase muscle you have to take lean protein & protein supplement for muscle increase.but in 15 days it's very short period for helathy way to growth.
