If I had pregnant naturally just before 3 months that too in unplanned manner and now getting difficulty in pregnancy since last 4 months then what does it mean? What are the reason behind this? Is my luck bad enough now?

It could be stress. Try to be positive and have a happy mind. Try for a few months. If it has been more than one year of trying to conceive then please consult.
