Do homeo medicines have side effects? My son is taking these since 3 months, Nowadays, he complains of burning during urination.

Burning in urine may be due to less liquid intake.Give him plenty of juicy fruits and vegetables.Lots of water and get a routine urine examination done.  Less liquid intake sometimes causes burning . Forward the report when it comes.

Nope homoeopathy medicines do not have any form side effects our medicines are in diluted form so its qualitative dose not quantitative dose. Important factor is not find out why is he having burning during urination is it because of low intake of water or due to heat or due to infection. Need to understand for what purpose your son is taking homoeopathic medicine for which disease and what medication and repetition then only can explain you properly
