Hoarse voice / voice changed

My voice has changed from normal to little hoarse noise since last 5 months. Initially I thought it is due to weather but it still continues.. COVID test is negative. Please suggest home remedies or medicines to change my voice back to normal. No dry cough, no cough, no cold, no sore throat

A hoarse voice since 5 months could be a symptom of vocal polyp or nodule. It would be Advisable to have a video laryngoscopy and examine the vocal cords.. Steam inhalation will help you to reduce your symptoms till then
