Hiv window period related

Hi Dr I had unsafe exposure after one week I got fever following that uti, mouth ulcer, fungal infection and done hiv duo and rna pcr qualitative at 22nd day and 30th day hiv test at esi hospital follow that hiv duo combo with std panel test which all negative and finally 85th day (12weeks later) done hiv duo test which all negative. What I'm thinking is now planning to donate blood so can I donate my blood to needy people's? Knowingly or unknowingly I don't like to transmit this deadly infection. That's the reason I'm asking here kindly suggest me.

U can donate blood since it’s negative, once they get blood they ll screen it so don’t worry.
