It's been 47 days after my hip DHS and want to know which all exercises are important for me and can I pray sitting down and can I fast in the month of Ramadan,are there any restrictions for me till some period like not to sit down etc,I have muscle pain in my thighs which make me walk limb type.can I massage gently to the legs or how.
Please let me know if we have to worry about the right hip fracture. What does this mean. Kindly suggest
