Hello Dr , I have high myopia right eye -10.5 cyl -1.0 , left eye is lazy eye amblyopia no is -17 cyl -3 how to take care of eyes having this high power . Also no is increasing every year even after age 25 what are the best solution and things one should adapt so that no. Will not increase in future . 2) I have dryness problem and eye strain while working on gadgets computer  so what's the best lubricant brand should I use

You can use systane ultra eye drop as lubricating agent And preferably use glasses with blue filter lenses while working on computer As you have high myopia, better to go for yearly retina examination. Take proper diet.as you are having pathological myopia, eye power May increase even after 25 years of age

It can increase even after 25 years of age.pl use lubricant eye drops. Pl take green leafy vegetables and fish, etc. Better to consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
