Hello , I have been diagnosed with high SGPT SGOT and GGT . It's like 200+. I do take alcohol alot. Now I'm quitting the same and also smoke . Can you please suggest me something more on this to bring back the above at normal range ? Any medicine? Or food etc Thanks

Quit smoking first. It is counterproductive on alcohol. Will increase your craving for alcohol.
