High SGPT and SGOT

Hello I am 25 years old, non smoker and non drinker. I took routine body check where my LFT had some bad readings:- SGOT - 80 Two month back it was SGOT - 70 SGPT -141 two months back SGPT - 167 All other parameters are fine. In 2 month bilirubin changes Total - 0.9 earlier 0.8 Indirect - 0.7 earlier 0.4 Direct - 0.2 earlier 0.4 RBC count - 5.6 normal as per lab (4.5-5.5) MCV - 81.9 normal as per lab (83-101) Blood Urea- 16.8 earlier 17.1 lab range (18-44) Total cholesterol -189 earlier 204 (2 months back) Triglycerides - 162.6 earlier 216.5 Non HDL - 161 earlier 175 HDL - 28 earlier 29 VLDL - 32 earlier 43.3 What should I do, do I need to go for further checkups or as doctor suggested this is just an effect of fatty liver.

USG ABDOMEN should be done usually fatty liver causes such slight high SGPT andSGOT

Get your ultrasound scan of abdomen done to rule out fatty liver which is a common cause of elevated liver enzymes.If the result is normal , consider other causes ,do a hepatitis B and c viral markers .

Yes,values are possibly related to fatty liver.your cholestetol values are better than earlier,maybe due to medicine or lifestyle modifications
