High pulse rate & sometime sudden spikes
Normally my pulse rate has been around 85-90 but it easily crosses 100 and last month there was a sudden spike to 130. Due to this normally high pulse rate of 90 I feel uneasy & vertigo after exposure to heat or tea/coffee. Earlier it was alright but the situation has been bad since the last 2 months. Also it's the worst in the morning hours of 8-11am. My bp stays in the normal range of 120/80 no diabetes or any medication or ailment. Even got ecg twice which came out to be alright. Then why is this happening?
A pulse of 85-90 that spikes to 130 with dizziness and feeling unwell, especially in the morning or after caffeine, needs attention. Even with a normal ECG and BP, this pattern can be due to sinus tachycardia, anxiety, dehydration, or even thyroid issues. I would suggest getting a thyroid test (TSH), blood sugar, and a Holter monitor test to catch any rhythm changes that a one-time ECG may miss.

Hello cause for high pulse rate can have multiple reasons
Normal ecg is reassuring but you would need to get further evaluated for the same
