My prolactin is 68. Do I have to use cabergoline to reduce it? Also my tsh is between 3.9 to 4.8 from a few months with thyronorm 88. Earlier it was below 2. Should I increase this as well? I want to conceive so need suggestions.

Hi. Hypothyroidism and high prolactin can issue in fertility. Your TSH is in limits . No need for increasing dose of thyroid tablet. Tab. Gabbergolin 1mg once a week continue till prolactin become normal. I need all your reports i. E. USG pelvic, FSH, LH, CBC ESR, RBS.. report for better consultation.

Start cabergolin treatment We need to keep tsh below 2.5 if you want to conceive. But seeing your report I will suggest you to first start cabergolin and after  1 month repeat both serum tsh and prolactin. Controlling prolactin can also help in decreasing tsh due to interlinked physiology.
