My LDL is 165 , HDL 42 and triglycerides 95. Non HDL 184. Total cholesterol 226. Can I reduce bad cholesterol my lifestyle changes, exercises and strict diet? Or do I need medication? Please suggest. Also is it ok to start taking fish oil supplement?
