Hi sir I have 17.5 Hemoglobin leval, is it harmful for me ? Please suggest me the way to decrease the HP leval, & why it so high, I have acidity issues. Pls guide me Thanks Our earlier response will be highly appreciated

Smoking, late sleep and Gastritis issue with people living in mountain area or travelling they have high hb level , but ur level is borderline.  Avoid anxiety and make things better.  If no symptoms not an issue.  Drunjnplenty of water , avoid smoking. Start taking Tab Limcee 500 MG po bd ×5 days.  Chill out

17.5gm Hb is normal. You can donate blood if your iron level is normal

For some people this can be normal, particularly for those who live in high altitudes, smokers...how ever if ur having associated weakness, headaches, dizziness, shortness of breath, visual disturbances...u should get evaluated from ur nearest health care center
