High haemoglobin and MCH

My haemoglobin is 17g/dl and MCH is 33.1 pg.Shouldni donate blood to lower this.Cbc report is attached

Phlebotomy is recommended in polycythemia. But as i previously replied in your another thread , first get evaluated for polycythemia if its primary or secondary. You will need to proceed with erythropoietin levels.
