High fever with head ache

My kid is having high fever,cold,running nose,cough,head ache.. current temp. Shows 101.8 deg and administrated potassium clavunate with amoxicillin and levocetirizine with montelukast tablet. Please suggest do I need to wait as fever is not coming down. Thanks and awaiting your kind reply
