My child is suffering from very high fever for last 2days.temparature rose upto 104f.please help me.

Use paracetamol for fever if below 103. For higher temperatures,use syp meftal-p,and sponge the child. If accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or coughing and breathlessness or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician asap.
