High fever with repeating meftal p is not coming down...in first 2 dose it subsided but from last 2 dose it in not...what to do...and she got a headache also

Need more details in history,  about appetite,  vomiting, diarrhea,  cough,  or any history of increased /burning micturition. Are you giving right dose of Meftal P.? As per weight dose is Syp. Meftal P 5ml. Consult with me in chat or visit with your nearest pediatrician.

Get blood investigation done atleast routine cbc. And accordingly can start antibiotics
