Hi My Son is 6 month old he is having high fever for 2-3 days. His head soft spot get swelled up due this. Kindly tell me what to do

Below 1 year better to consult physically. Measure temp in armpit, if above 100F in armpit then give paracetamol. Danger signs: Not taking feeds Irritable or lethargic Decreased urine frequency
