High esr, low mcv mch

Hi, As attached in pictures I have low mcv mch and mpv with High esr and wbc.. I also have mental fog and fatigue and have lost interest In daily activities is medical intervention required or is it normal phase which will go off after some time

Increase your intake of green leafy vegetables.you should be fine soon if this was a routine check. If you are recovering from any recent infection.a discussion may be needed.
