Hello Doctor, Today I got my tests done and in reports my esr is high. May I know do i have to worry or not. How to make it normal. Thank you.

Esr is not much high. Take tab cefexime 200 bd. And tab methylprednisolone 8 mg bd for 5 days. It will be normal

Hi, No need to worry about this value. It is slightly raised. However, would like to see other reports too for better conclusion. ESR can be slightly high even in normal population or any mild inflation or even in common cold. So it coulld be be very normal.
