I have positive crp and esr 76. I have joint pain in my hands. Is it some infection or arthritis. I recently got covishield vaccinated on 11 May

Raised ESR and CRP are indirect indicators of inflammation in the body. The joint pain can be because of inflammatory arthritis like Rheumatoid, but needs to be confirmed with typical history and examination findings.
Next Steps
Get a consultation for greater clarity. Till then, use paracetamol for pain. Use warm water bags. Use pain relief spray. Start exercises of small joints of the hand once pain reduces a little. Consult if pain is too severe.
