Your blood reports show low platelets, with overall lower Total count and lymphocyte count and reducing hematocrit. This picture can be seen in dengue fever. Given your fever has not settled with antibiotics it is better to get dengue test done along with widal for typhoid and test for malaria. In the mean time take rest, keep yourself hydrated with plenty of fluids in the form of water and fresh juices and watch out for vomiting, abdominal pain or any breathing difficulty. Also do watch out for any spontaneous bleeding such as bleeding while brushing or change in colour of stools. Do repeat a total count after 24 hours to monitor the platelet count
Next Steps
Go for blood investigations
