ESR is a non specific test that measures infection or inflamation any where in body. That means if immune system is activated anywhere in body, ESR is high. Its higher in pregnancy also. If you say you are healthy, then its probably something subclinical right now. Some questions to ask yourself are 1) do you have allergy to dust etc 2) Are bowel movements normal? 3) Do you often eat street food? 4) Do you have dull pain in lower abdomen? 5) Any one in your family has or had TB or any autoimmune diseases? If the high levels are a cause of concern to you... get a more detailed work up done.
