High eosinophil and esr count

I recently had a blood test for my wife.Her eosinophils count is 16 percent and esr level is 29.She had a herpes infection 2 month before blood test and had a food infection around 1 month before the test.Also she had taken a muscle relaxant 9 hours before fasting blood test.Is anything serious or should we go for a blood test again after some time?
