I am measuring bp at home from digital machine. It shows 120-130 as systolic BP and 90-95 diastolic Bp. Is my disystolic Bp high and do I need to take some medications.

Yes it's high. Get an ABPM done to know need of medicines

Yes diastolic BP is high. You need to exercise regularly in addition to a healthy diet.
